I am an artist, certified educator, and traveler dedicated to visually documenting the experience of living and traveling outdoors through oil and pastel painting as well as printmaking. My art strives to bring the feelings of those experiences back home for the times between great adventures. Inspiration for my work comes from my time thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail, mountain biking the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, paddling the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, rock climbing in the northeastern and western United States, winter ski-packing excursions and even the beauty of my own backyard.  

In addition to offering art from my personal collections, I will gladly document your memories through commissioned work. From that daily view that brings you peace, to those epic travels that define you, and even portraiture of your loved ones who ground you (human or furry), I can help illustrate those memories through painting and printmaking.
